Announcing the SOOFA Ranch Summer Camp Scholarship
We're thrilled to offer the SOOFA Ranch Summer Camp Scholarship for the upcoming summer. This partial scholarship reduces the camp fee to $175 from the full rate of $375. The scholarship includes a $100 fee per week, a $25 deposit, and $50 for two camp t-shirts. This initiative aims to make our camp accessible to more children, particularly those attending Georgia Title I schools. We believe every child should have the chance to benefit from the unique experiences and personal growth opportunities our camp provides.
To be eligible for the SOOFA Ranch Summer Camp Scholarship, campers must attend a Georgia Title I school and be at least 9 years old by June 1st. Parents or guardians must agree to provide daily transportation to and from the camp. If awarded the scholarship, a $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, along with the purchase of two camp t-shirts at $25 each. The application deadline is Thursday, May 23, 2024, and all required documents must be submitted by this date.

Applicants need to provide proof of attendance at a Georgia Title I school, along with a letter from a parent, guardian, teacher, or counselor describing how the camper would benefit from the camp. Additionally, the camper should submit a letter of interest. Scholarships are limited and awarded based on pre-selected criteria and the completion of the application. Successful applicants will be notified by Monday, May 27, 2024, and must submit the $25 deposit and t-shirt fees within 48 hours of notification.
